1. When and where will Q+AI–3.0 and PQC+IQT event take place?

Events: October 25-27, 2026. The events takes place at 36 Battery Place, NY 10228 in Lower Manhattan.

2. Will all speakers be in-person?

Speakers will be in-person from locations around the world.

3. What’s the cost to attend the in-person event?

Pricing varies based on registration date.

4. What does my in-person ticket include?

• Entry dependent on paid option
• On-site refreshments during sessions
• Option to attend break-out sessions
• In-person networking breaks
• Informal greet & meet October 25 (New York Harbor Dinner Cruise 5:30pm – 8:00pm)

5. I am sick and can no longer attend the physical event, will I receive a refund or credit for my ticket?

Tickets to 3DR Holdings events are non-refundable. They can be transferred to another person or applied to a future event.

6. Force Majeure

3DR Holdings LLC and its related subsidiaries shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations, including without limitation the staging of the event, where such failure or delay results from or is in connection with events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government orders, public health emergencies, or failure of utilities or transportation. In such circumstances, 3DR Holdings may modify, postpone, or cancel the event, and attendees shall no claim for damages or other compensation beyond any refund, credit, or rescheduling option expressly provided under this policy.
