Ulrich Mans is responsible for the international strategy of the newly established Quantum Delta Netherlands foundation. Before, he worked as innovation attache at the Dutch Embassy in Washington D.C. and for the European Union Delegation in the United States. From 2012 to 2016, he established Leiden University’s Centre for Innovation in The Hague and worked for various think tanks in the field of strategic studies. He holds a PhD in environmental science from the University of Amsterdam.
